companies in different fields including commerce, international trade, personal and corporate
financial management, fund raising and corporate restructuring both in Europe and Australia.

Mr.Fonda has experience in public and private companies and built Australia’s third largest tax-effective
investment planning business. Mr. Fonda has played major part in Initial Public Offerings
(IPO), Reverse takeovers and private placements in ASX listed entities and has led successful
private equity raising for public companies.
